I absolutely loved taking the weekend training courses at the academy! Mike and Bob are amazing and very knowledgable! If you want to learn something new, why not learn from pioneers and those who've witnessed the evolution of coffee! I also enjoyed ... that it incorporated everything from history to equipment to ergonomics to lots of hands on coffee making.
